30 Day Return & Exchange - Chains

We will gladly help you initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the items as long as the items are in brand new condition and in original packaging.

Please note that all of our Gold Chain Collars and Leashes are wrapped in a protective layer to prevent scratches. If the inner protective film has been removed, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
